Why Women shouldn't wear tracksuits
Ooooh so now the title made you click on the link, I'll get started...
Why Women shouldn't wear tracksuits...(outside of training of course)
This is not to be misunderstood, I'm not getting at having lazy days, that's allowed have a lazy day, throw a tracksuit on, I'm talking about wearing tracksuits and 'comfy' clothes all the time
Does it make you feel good about yourself...? More than likely, No
It's a possible sign of giving up on yourself, of not valuing yourself, Like the line I always hear Women use 'Why would I bother, sure where would I be going and who would be looking at me' business,
It's not on Ladies if You look good, You feel GREAT and why wouldn't you want to feel good about yourself.! Stop de-valuing yourself
Okay so maybe you've put on a bit of weight and are feeling a bit down in the dumps.... Or maybe you're going through one of them 'in-between' stuck in a rut sorta stages of life.
GO SHOPPING, anything from a new shade of nail polish to a whole new outfit, Buy it, make an effort..! Not for anybody else but yourself...!! Take off the tracksuit and get your sexy on...It may not solve the problems of the World but it will most definitely make you feel a little bit better,

My Flawless Skin Foundation Favourites
What do majority of us want from Our foundations...?
Well that's simple flawless amazing skin of course, Duh!
How do you get that you ask...?
Well, first things first, You need to get a decent skincare regime going on little Lady (with some good products at that)
Do not expect to pay €40 on a foundation and €4 on make-up wipes and expect flawless skin,
It may work for the under 20's but won't last long,
Remember the bottle of foundation you have for about two months, Skin on the other hand, Well you're stuck with that for the rest of your life..!!
Ok, enough of my skincare lectures
First thing You should ask yourself when choosing your foundation is...Coverage, Which basically means how much the product will conceal (blemishes etc.) on your face
Now I find that a big thing with Irish Ladies in particular.....All for the full coverage, Why girls..?
Especially for during the day, I do not recommend full coverage foundation as it can look very 'cakey'
It's best kept for a your night time make-up,
Instead you can use a combination of a light-medium coverage foundation, along with concealer (for problem areas) and simply build foundation to desired look is achieved..!
Secondly is shade... I'm not even getting into this about the wearing 5 shades darker than your skin foundation, Match your skin tone (or go a little darker within reason) As you do not want to look like this....

Not a good look is it...!
So here are my top recommended foundations
Best Tinted Moisturizer
Dermalogica 'Sheer Tint' Moisturizer
€43 RRP
It's the lightest coverage you can get,
Gives the skin a nice flush of colour, It has your SPF 20 (very important) Gives your skin a healthy glow, Perfect for everyday use (A favorite for Summer)
Best Under €10
Rimmel 'Perfect Match'
€9.95
Light to medium coverage, An easy to work with product (easy to build coverage) Favorite thing about this foundation is it gives you a nice glow, Very affordable and well worth a try..!
My Favourite
Dior 'Forever'
€46.50
Medium coverage foundation, I have been using this as my staple foundation for at least the last four years on and off, It gives the skin a lovely dewy glow and I love the natural look you get as you can still SEE your skin when you're wearing this foundation, Gives a better version of yourself kinda look (exactly what make-up should do) Top marks from me..!
Best New Kid On The Block
Buff HD
€34 (available buffmakeup.com)
Okay well maybe new-ish kid on the block, medium coverage foundation, Very easy to use and easily spread product, Love the silky dewy glow it gives my skin, You get so much use out of each pump and I found no need for touch ups throughout the day.
Best long lasting full coverage foundation
Estee Lauder 'Double Wear'
€36.50
Want something that doesn't budge and gives full coverage (this baby can conceal majority of sins) I prefer this foundation for night time only use but can be used during the day, Creates a flawless without being 'caked' kind of look, Does exactly what it says on the tin
My Wishlist
Tom Ford 'Traceless' foundation
€72
Right I know most of you will be like €72 for a foundation...?!?! I'm sorry, I'm what one calls a beauty junkie (serious issues) Now before I had a lovely encounter with this product I was saying to myself 'Pfffft, Debs seriously €72 just because Mr. Tom Ford put his name on a bottle'
BUT I tried it on in Brown Thomas, Fell in love and can't get my mind off it ever since...!! It's one that I would be keeping for night time only and SPECIAL occasions (due to the price tag)
